The Shadow of His Presence.
The Western Wall or Kotel in Jerusalem is a place of God’s presence. One rabbi said that God lives behind these stones and others say his presence has never left these stones since the second temple stood above. The light of the menorah casts the shadow of His Presence on the wall. Many prayers are written out and stuffed in the cracks and crevices of these stones. The Altar of Incense represents the rising flame and smoke of the prayers of seekers. What goes up in prayer comes back down (In proportion) in answered prayer and anointing poured out of the golden bowl. The green (life) anointing is being poured on the orthodox Hebrew who is praying at the wall.
